This morning we officially made an offer on the house, which is pretty exciting. The seller has to respond by 6pm tomorrow! So we will know soon what price they really want.
We offered at $24K under the list price and fully expect them to counteroffer with something higher - we just hope it's not too high!
After taking care of the paperwork (which took quite a long time), we went back to visit the house again. We had a good thorough look at all the details, and we still like it!
