Geneva

Good news: David was able to drive us to Zurich. Phew, that was a relief to both of us! However, he is still a major cripple in a good amount of pain, poor guy. But we've had a nice evening in Zurich nonetheless. I took a short photography walk into the Old Town while he elevated his ankle and read a book in the hotel, then we had a nice Chinese dinner together next door. It has been pretty sad to arrive here, though, knowing we are going to leave separately. :(

Shopping! Geneva has some seriously great shopping. Not only the super-fancy stores, which are plentiful, but also so many wonderful little shops - pretty home stuff, clothes, stationery, antiques... if I had lots of money I would totally shop in Geneva.


The owner of this Ferrari parked at Cartier presumably has lots of money.

The Museum of the Reformation is right next door to the cathedral, but I hadn't visited it before. It was great fun for a history nerd. Most of the artifacts naturally centered around John Calvin, who was based in Geneva.
